Gluten Free Corn Flour is 100% stone ground on our slow-turning stone mill in our dedicated gluten free facility. This whole grain golden flour is a “secret ingredient” for many bakers and produces beautiful gluten free cornbread, muffins and corn pudding.
When baking with corn flour, you may need to add a binder like xanthan gum or guar gum. Also: do not use corn flour to make corn tortillas! Shop our masa harina instead to create incredible fresh homemade tortillas.
Because our corn flour is whole grain, you will want to store it (preferably in a sealed container) in the refrigerator or freezer for maximum freshness.
