    This moist, flavorful loaf is wonderful for sandwiches, toast, bread crumbs, croutons, hamburger buns and pizza dough. Our gluten free flour blend is wonderfully nutritious, and ingredients like buckwheat, garbanzo flour and sunflower seeds provide crunch and flavor!

    It’s easy to make superb gluten free vegetarian bread: dissolve the included yeast in water and add to the dry ingredients in a stand mixer, along with oil, cider vinegar and two eggs. After the dough mixes, pour into a greased loaf pan and let rise. Once baked, slice and enjoy!

    On a gluten free vegan diet? Replace the eggs with our Gluten Free Vegan Egg Replacer. Want a little more crunch? Brush the risen dough with olive oil and sprinkle with chia seeds.
